Influenza Vaccination Clinics

H1N1 and seasonal flu vaccine clinics last day is Monday, February 8, 2010 from 3 to 7 p.m. It will be closed after this day for the season.

The CDC recommends two H1N1 doses 21 to 30 days apart for children under the age of 10. If your child received a dose from one of the Covenant Clinics and now needs the second dose, please come the clinic while open or call 319-272-5050.

Payable with cash or check
We will bill Medicare
Provided at no cost to children eligible for the “Vaccines for Children” program and are a Covenant Clinic patient.

Clinic Hours are subject to change based on vaccine availability. Flu mist and appropriate vaccination
made available based on age.
